Shipping Policy

 

If you request to have your order shipped:

 

We charge a flat fee for all orders, regardless of size. Most packages are sent using the US Postal Service and occasionally shipped with UPS and Fed-EX. We will select the best carrier for your order with the intention of getting it to you as quickly as possible.

 

Once the package is on its way, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide.

 

Occasionally items are out of stock; whenever possible the item will be placed on backorder for you. Sometimes a comparable item will be substituted for the out of stock item. Rarely, an item needs to be canceled at which time you will be refunded. You will be notified if we encounter any of these situations with your order. In-stock merchandise will ship right away, backorders will ship separately.

 

If you request to pick up your order:

 

We will contact you as soon as your order is processed and ready for pick up. We usually try to reach you by phone first and will email you as needed. Your order will be held in Will Call for at least 60 days. Orders that are not picked up within a few days will receive reminder notifications.
